Update: SEIU Clerical Negotiation Session 4

UIC and SEIU bargaining teams met for approximately 1 hour. There was discussion regarding waiting approval for market increase for one group. UIC expressed that in order to move the negotiations further it was ideal to negotiate from lead to lead. SEIU indicated all at their table were negotiators but voted 1 member at the table to be the spokesperson/negotiator for the rest of the session. Proposals on both sides for four articles were discussed in detail.
