Update: SEIU Clerical Negotiation Session 5

UIC and SEIU bargaining teams met for approximately 2 hours. The union opened up by proposing new ground rules and wished to reset the button. UIC indicated that they would like that. Union requested for the UIC proposals to be in Word version to make it easy to go back and forward. There was discussion regarding seniority in the civil service system, job postings and mass communication. The union withdrew one of their proposals and presented previous but updated proposals. UIC presented proposals and review the status of both UIC/SEIU proposals.
