The parties and two federal mediators met for a full day of bargaining. The parties discussed various outstanding non-economic proposals. The parties also entered a tentative agreement regarding Article 17 (Grievance Procedure). Finally, the union presented the rough outlines of its economic demands, and outlined its “economic principles.”
