Update: SEIU Professional Negotiation Session 2

UIC and SEIU were scheduled for a 4 hour session but met for approximately one hour. SEIU requested that UIC address their proposals from July 3. UIC requested that SEIU presented their proposals in a proper format. UIC presented proposals on 12 separate articles, requesting to be TA'ed.
