Both parties met for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Union presented proposals. The question of one union proposal, related to communication, was raised by the union as it considers the proposal to be very important. UIC indicated the issue of addressing this specific union proposal is a matter of understanding the institutional larger scale impact. UIC presented and reviewed the status of outstanding proposals by article, who did the last proposal and who was the moving party. The union had 5 counter proposals.
