Update: SEIU Professional Negotiation Session 8

Both parties were scheduled to meet from 9:00 am-3:00pm. UIC presented the outstanding proposals spreadsheet. UIC presented and explained 3 counterproposals SEIU reviewed UIC’s counters and responded. SEIU agreed to present counterproposals at the next session. At the end of the session much time was spent discussing seniority, reasonableness and fairness across all contracts.
