Update: SEIU Technical Negotiation Session 2

The University and SEIU met for a 3-hour bargaining session. The University requested clarifications concerning a number of sections in SEIU’s proposal #1. After responses to the questions, the parties met separately and the University reviewed SEIU’s responses in more detail and worked to draft a response. The parties reconvened and the University provided a package proposal that included all sections in SEIU’s proposal #1. The parties met again separately while SEIU considered the University’s response. When the parties reconvened, SEIU gave initial responses to the University’s package. No TAs signed.
